1 Year Limited Warranty – Art and Craft Furniture

ART AND CRAFT TRADING LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing high-quality furniture designed for long-lasting performance. We proudly offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from our website or authorized sales channels.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

1. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution for products found to have genuine manufacturing defects, including:

  • Structural defects in the furniture frame.
  • Manufacturing defects in materials.
  • Faulty workmanship.
  • Hardware failures resulting from manufacturing defects.
  • Defects identified under normal residential use.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Scratches, dents, stains, fading, or discoloration resulting from regular use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, heat, or outdoor conditions unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use.
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, marble, stone, fabric, leather, or finish.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team within the warranty period.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the defect.

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or arrange an inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.

4. Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Offer an alternative solution where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Replacement products or components may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish due to manufacturing improvements or natural material variations.

5. Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover installation costs, transportation charges (unless otherwise agreed), or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
