At Art and Craft Furniture, we strive to process and deliver your orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Within 72 Hours
You may cancel your order within 72 hours (seventy-two hours) from the time of placing it.
- Cancellations requested within this period are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must include your order number.
- Requests should be sent to support@artandcraftfurniture.com.
Cancellations After 72 Hours
After 72 hours, orders are processed and prepared for dispatch.
- Once processing has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be issued after this period.
Early Delivery Requests
If you request delivery earlier than the indicated delivery timeframe:
- Your order will be prioritized for expedited processing.
- Such orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Orders Within the Delivery Time Frame
If an order is placed within a specific delivery window and you request cancellation during this period:
- The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- This includes cases where an earlier delivery date is selected after order confirmation.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Production begins immediately after order confirmation.
- All such orders are considered final and non-refundable.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If your cancellation request is approved within the 72-hour window:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
