Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery within the UAE only, covering major cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.

Standard delivery takes between 1 to 12 working days, depending on the product and location.

Estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or courier issues.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day; orders after 1:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery within the UAE is free on eligible orders.

Express or expedited delivery (if available) may incur additional charges based on the item and location.

Note: Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.

Delivery includes doorstep drop-off only. It does not include unpacking, room placement, or installation unless arranged in advance.

Please ensure elevators, doorways, and staircases can accommodate large or bulky items.
